We pole shallow shorelines and flats looking for **snook, redfish, and tarpon** in visual situations—ambush points, potholes, and pushes. Options for fly or light spin; easy half-day or full-day programs. Calm, family-friendly days or technical sight-casting—your call.

Best Time

  • Winter–Spring: clear water, redfish schools, snook sunning mid-day.
  • Late Spring–Summer: tarpon season, early starts, bait & fly options.
  • Fall: great mixed bag; light crowds; breezy afternoons are normal.

Where We Fish

  • Sanibel & Lighthouse shoreline
  • Captiva & Pine Island Sound edges
  • Boca Grande & nearby passes (select tides)

Tackle & Techniques

  • Fly: 8–10wt, leaders 9–12’, shock 20–60#; EP baitfish, clousers, gurglers.
  • Spin: 10–20lb braid, 25–40# mono/fluoro; paddletails, jerk shads, topwater.
  • Quiet approaches on push-pole or trolling motor; target **edges, points, and potholes**.
